Baptism is the ritual that where new members are received into the Church. It is the first of the seven sacraments, and a celebration common to all Christian traditions.

Baptism is the first sacrament of initiation. Through Baptism Christians are washed in the waters of rebirth and given a share in God’s own life. Reborn in Christ and supported by the community of faith, all the baptised are offered the promise of eternal life.

Baptism is a happy event for our Parish - and a time to ponder God’s loving gifts in our lives. Baptisms are held in our Parish on the 1st and 3rd Sunday's of each month and your booking will be confirmed after you attend our baptismal preparation program.

Our Parish Baptismal Preparation Program is offered six times each year. The program is held over two sessions which are held on the 1st and 2nd Sundays in the months of February, April, June, August, October and December.
