The celebration of Confirmation calls to mind the faith professed in Baptism and confers the gifts needed to build up the Christian community in unity and love. By the laying on of hands and anointing with the Sacred Oil of Chrism, Confirmation seals and completes Baptism. Through the outpouring of the Holy Spirit, candidates are filled with the grace to follow the example of Christ and serve others.

In our Parish children 8 years old or older prepare for Confirmation through a sacramental journey which involves regularly attending our Family Masses which are held at 5pm on the Saturdays that coincide with the 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month, it is suggested that families start attending Family Masses at the beginning of the year their children would like to receive Confirmation.
